Terms and Conditions

ASP prioritizes building lasting relationships with every client. Therefore, supplying effective environmentally friendly products, flexible services and technical support that guarantee their success is our commitment.

General agreements

All orders must be paid in advance and in full upon receipt of an invoice from ASP.

Once products are paid for and shipped, they cannot be modified, canceled, or returned.

All shipments are F.O.B. with the shipping point designated by ASP. All shipments will be made by common carrier, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier agreed in writing by ASP.

The buyer understands and agrees that any delivery date specified by ASP is approximate only and not guaranteed. Under no circumstance shall ASP be liable to the Buyer for any delay in the manufacture or delivery of any order.

The Buyer agrees to inspect the products upon receipt and notify ASP in writing of any discrepancies in the order within five (5) business days. If the Buyer fails to inspect or notify ASP within that period, the Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the products as received and waived any claims for discrepancies, damages, or defects. ASP shall accept only returns preauthorized in writing and after a Return Authorization Number is issued.
